Shipping, Plant Care & Returns Policy
We take great care in growing, packaging, and shipping healthy plants. Because plants are living products, please review the information below so you know what to expect when ordering from us.
Do you recycle boxes?
Yes 🙂 Whenever possible, we reuse clean boxes from incoming shipments to reduce waste and minimize environmental impact. Your order may arrive in repurposed packaging as part of our sustainability efforts.
If your plant arrives severely damaged or appears dead, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
If your plant arrives in poor condition
To help determine plant viability, please perform a small scratch test approximately one inch above the soil line:
Green tissue indicates the plant is alive
Brown tissue indicates the plant is dead
A photo of this test is required for claims (see example below)

Scratch Test Instructions
We stand behind the health of our plants and take great care in packaging them for safe transit. Because plants are living products, minor cosmetic imperfections such as slight leaf drop or soil disturbance may occur during shipping and are considered normal.
Plants may also arrive dormant depending on the season and growing cycle.
We cannot guarantee plant performance after planting due to environmental conditions and care practices.
Shipping Locations
Plant Condition Guarantee
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days depending on weather and order volume. We ship early in the week to minimize transit time and reduce plant stress.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.
Weather & Seasonal Shipping
Because plants are living products, extreme heat or cold may impact transit. We may delay shipping during severe weather to protect your plants.
What to Expect When Your Plants Arrive
Plants may show minor cosmetic imperfections such as leaf drop, some minor broken branches, or soil disturbance during transit. This is normal and does not affect long-term health. Plants may arrive dormant depending on season.
Upon Arrival
Please open your package immediately, water if needed, and allow plants to acclimate in a shaded area for 1–2 days. Proper care after delivery is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Carrier Delays
Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays or transit issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment. Please email to discuss pick up times and options. We are located near Salem, Utah. Orders must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because plants are living products, all sales are final once orders have shipped.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
