The Somerset grape is a hardy, seedless red grape, celebrated for its strawberry-like flavor, sweet taste, and firm, crisp texture, making it an excellent choice for fresh eating, jams, and juice, especially in colder climates (Zones 3-4) where it ripens early with good disease resistance. These medium-sized berries develop from pink to a deep red as they sweeten, offering a unique, spicy fruitiness.
