Jupiter grapes are a high-quality seedless (some may have soft edible seeds present) table grape variety created by the University of Arkansas. Introduced in 1998, this interspecific hybrid is well-known for its distinctive flavor, which blends a floral "Muscat" profile with a sweet, mild "Labrusca" (similar to Concord) taste. The Jupiter grape features large, oval, seedless blue-purple berries that grow in substantial clusters. It is a delightful table grape that can be enjoyed fresh, frozen, or turned into juice and wine. The berries also exhibit a strong flowery "Muscat-type" aromatic profile that is present in the wines produced from them.
The vines can be trained to grow upright. They possess moderate to strong resistance against various fungal diseases.
